We recently boarded our dog at the Pooch Hotel for a long weekend. He injured his leg before we were due to leave, so we were not sure if he could still be boarded. The Pooch Hotel staff assured us that they could still take care of him and that they would be sure to watch him closely. They met with us to make sure they understood his injury and the requirements for his medication. Pooch Hotel took my shy little pup and introduced him into daycare. They were so gentle and kind, but also cautious in making sure he would do okay. I think over time, daycare will help him learn to play with other dogs there and to live going!

Great Customer Service! Your employees seem to love their jobs and so kind to customers and pets. When I checked in my pet, the employee was helpful asking questions about my pet and when to feed. Also, at that point before leaving they provided a link to the web cam in your facility. I will definitely return and spread the word of the excellent service you provided.
