Overall, I really like this place. However sometimes they take a long time to bring our dog back out to us when we come to pick her up. But that’s a small price to pay for a nice facility with a WebCam and people who really enjoy dogs!

This was our first experience with the Pooch Hotel. They exceeded our expectations. The staff is wonderful and we will be telling all our friends about this place. We will not let our babies stay anywhere else.

I was super nervous about leaving my puppy for the first time. My son and daughter-in-law use the Pooch Hotel for their two dogs and LOVE it, so I tried. The experience was fantastic. The personnel were so positive and attentive to my little pup, and took ALL my phone calls - lots and lots of phone calls all times of the day and night :). They were just terrific and my sweet little girl had a lovely stay. Five stars for any category, cleanliness, professionalism, attentiveness, knowledge. No worries for the future.

We love the Pooch Hotel! The staff is great. We consistently see the same staff members and our dog is as happy to see them as they are to see him. I love that someone is there 24 hours a day and that I could pick up my dog at 3 a.m. if I wanted to.
