First time for my two dogs and I was pleased. They stayed 7 nights and 8 days....my only concern is that there is no outside area for the dogs to play or to go to the bathroom....otherwise it was a really good experience!
Friendly staff, great playspace, and when we picked up our babies they were happy. I highly recommend Pooch Hotel.
Love that pooch hotel always has someone on property. We were able to pickup our dogs at 1am, after our flight landed. Also we were able to watch our dog on webcam.
