My “boys” do really well at the Pooch Hotel. They both benefit from the play times, they are well fed and medicated on schedule, and seem to know and recognize all the staff there. It’s a godsend to have a place where I know my fur babies are well cared for, and safe and sound when I have to go out of town

No complaints. Just wished the Webcam featured a higher resolution so I could more easily pick Leo out of the crowd. Compared to my accomodations during my vacation, I think Leo's were much nicer.

The fact that our dog is happy when she arrives at your location speaks volumns. If she were to hesiatate or put her tail down we would no longer bring her to your facility.

I have utilized the Pooch Hotel on several occasions when going on out-of-town trips and have my dog Jackpot boarded there in their presidential suite. I can monitor her activity with their video cameras located in their room as well as the play area, where I can keep an eye on her to see how she's adapting. Each visit has been a pleasant one for my dog as for myself and I highly recommend Pooch Hotel for anyone interested in having their dog boarded and taken care of while they're away on their vacations.
