You guys take extra good care of Rosie. She loves to come for play day with the other dogs. Your facility is excellent and I always feel comfortable when boarding Rosie, I know she is in good hands.
No complaints. Just wished the Webcam featured a higher resolution so I could more easily pick Leo out of the crowd. Compared to my accomodations during my vacation, I think Leo's were much nicer.

The fact that our dog is happy when she arrives at your location speaks volumns. If she were to hesiatate or put her tail down we would no longer bring her to your facility.
I have utilized the Pooch Hotel on several occasions when going on out-of-town trips and have my dog Jackpot boarded there in their presidential suite. I can monitor her activity with their video cameras located in their room as well as the play area, where I can keep an eye on her to see how she's adapting. Each visit has been a pleasant one for my dog as for myself and I highly recommend Pooch Hotel for anyone interested in having their dog boarded and taken care of while they're away on their vacations.
Great crew
Very nice and comforting to realize we have a professional dog facility close to us! I appreciate knowing there is plenty of exercise with social contact with other dogs and people.
Great place for Sandor to spend the day. He is always eager to go. The staff is happy to see him. Can not say enough, this place is great.
So impressed with the level of care and attention my Charlie Bear recived there. The staff are all well informed and kind, I would encourge anyone reading this to take your pet here for play days and or boarding.
