Very nice and comforting to realize we have a professional dog facility close to us! I appreciate knowing there is plenty of exercise with social contact with other dogs and people.

Our pup stayed last weekend. All went well. My only recommendations would be to for the people in the playrooms to actually interact with the dogs. Also the lobby smells of urine pretty strong. Needs some good cleaning and air freshener. If the lobby smells like that strong it kinda made me sad to think what the back where the dogs stay smells like.

To address a few of your concerns: Our team members are trained to keep an overall view of the playroom and be attentive at all times to keep the room peaceful and playful. If you are interested in more one-on-one time with Zeus, we do offer personal play time. I do apologize the lobby smelled when you were visiting us, we try our best to clean up after unexpected messes occur in our lobby, but sometimes the smell can linger. Boomer looks forward to going to daycare and the entire staff treats him like he’s one of their own. I was watching the playroom camera one morning and the Staff Attendant was sitting next to Boomer with his arm around him while Boomer was licking his face. It made me comfortable knowing my dog was safe and happy.

I love the doggy cam, being able to see my one-year-old goddlendoodle when we’re apart. When she got rowdy, they calming escorted her out of group play, for a timeout. I watched it happen on camera and thought they handled it really well. They clearly love dogs. (Every dog boarding employee should, but that’s not always the case.) This locations is by my office, so it’s convenient too!
