The Pooch Hotel in Richardson took such great care of our 11 week old black lab puppy. They made sure he felt comfortable hanging out with the small dogs instead of putting him with the full grown labs. They emailed us pictures and a message letting us know he was doing ok, and they also provided a great report card with helpful comments at the end. I love that they are 24/7 and we can pick him up at any hour of the night. Will definitely use for future visits to Dallas! Thanks so much Pooch Hotel!

Since I was not with my dogs, it is difficult to know how they did. In viewing them on TV they looked okay; no fights or problems with the other dogs. The staff is great to work with and I feel confident if there were any issues, they would contact me.

We like you all but are concerned that our doggie Nina sometimes is not always happy to come to your facility. There have been a few times when she resists entering y'all's front door. As we mentioned, this does not happen all of the time but your establishment is the ONLY place where she does this. Even the Vet and grooming place does not elicit this type reaction from her and she does not being at either once she is there.
My two shepherd puppies were very well taken care of at the Pooch Hotel! I was able to book a room at the last minute for my fur babies. One of my shepherds is not the most trusting, but the staff knew how to put him at ease. They both received so much attention. I always received a quick call back when checking in. I had no fears about their well being. I will definitely bring them back here again!
