We have taken our dogs to Pooch Hotel for a number of years now and we are very pleased with the service we receive and the care our dogs have received. Our recent puppy, Guinness, is a year and a half old and enjoys his stays there. He always comes home happy and clean! We use the grooming services before picking him up. We love everything about Pooch Hotel! The staff is wonderful and our Henry always seems happy after every Pooch day care or longer term stay.
Friendly staff. Treated my dog well. Gave me a call when my dog threw up to let me advise them on next steps. My dog is pampered to the level she has less anxiety about being boarded.

My furry child and I absolutely love everyone and everything about the Pooch Hotel! We were one of the very first guests in September, 2012. My puppy was only 6 months old and I worked 3 days a week. He went to daycare every day I worked for at least a year and has been going to spend the night every now and then ever since. He also stays when I go out of town.
