We have used Pooch Hotel twice. Our puppy is 8 months old. We love the fact our puppy is not kept in a crate, plenty of play time with a webcams. I love the webcams, being able to check in on my puppy brings comfort to us. We even receive an email with a picture and update. I highly recommend Pooch Hotel.

Excellent care for our high strung nervous pooch. Staff called with concerns during his stay and provided feedback about his behavior. Staff is kind and caring. If you need to board your dog, I recommend PH.

We have taken our dogs to Pooch Hotel for a number of years now and we are very pleased with the service we receive and the care our dogs have received. Our recent puppy, Guinness, is a year and a half old and enjoys his stays there. He always comes home happy and clean! We use the grooming services before picking him up.
