Friendly staff. Treated my dog well. Gave me a call when my dog threw up to let me advise them on next steps. My dog is pampered to the level she has less anxiety about being boarded.

My furry child and I absolutely love everyone and everything about the Pooch Hotel! We were one of the very first guests in September, 2012. My puppy was only 6 months old and I worked 3 days a week. He went to daycare every day I worked for at least a year and has been going to spend the night every now and then ever since. He also stays when I go out of town. I can’t say enough good things about The Pooch Hotel! Everyone there is absolutely wonderful, and now I can’t imagine taking my Gracie anywhere else. I recently had a very difficult situation when my mother was hospitalized. I took my Gracie to the Pooch Hotel for what I thought would be two or three nights while my mom was in the hospital. My mom; however, had a number of serious setbacks and I wasn’t able to leave the hospital. Everyone at The Pooch Hotel was beyond fantastic! It was really great to view our dogs in camera and see that they were well taken care of. They seemed very at ease when we picked them up. We have already booked them again for another stay!
