My dogs are happy when I pick them up from being boarded. They do not seem stressed like they have at other places. Very pleased with the service!

I love taking my dogs here. I could not stimulate them nearly as much on my own and I feel like they get exercise, stimulation, and socialization from pooch hotel

Pooch Hotel is so great with our dogs. They sent us pictures for the holidays which brightened our day. When one of our pups wasn't eating, they let us know but coordinated with our vet so we didn't have to. (She was fine, just stubborn. Nothing some soft food couldn't handle. Thanks, Pooch Hotel for having a good brand on hand!!)

Hopefully you received both. I have made a note in your account for Snoop Dog to receive daily updates next time he comes to visit!

Bella is very happy to be going to Pooch Hotel. At first I thought it was a particular person, but as different persons took her, she was happy overall. (Only once has she wanted to go back with me.) This gives me peace of mind that she is well cared for and satisfied. Staff is always helpful and friendly, excited toward me and Bella. I like the posters, special greetings about the dogs there. My dogs go to the Spa for baths & nails. The love their Groomer & their nails are always beautifully done. I am able to choose what shampoos & scents are used.
