We really like the environment at Pooch Hotel. More than that, our dogs are totally happy here so much so they seem at though they couldn't care less that we are back to take them home. It is so nice to have a place where our pups are totally relaxed. So much better than boarding them at a kennel or vet. The staff are very competent. They make sure all the required tests on animals by a vet are on record before they accept any to board. We have left our dogs for two weeks and for only a day. Love it! And we highly r... read more
Buddy is a regular at day care. He goes twice a week and he loves it.
You guys are always excellent. You all know my dog, the fluffy/lazy ball of love that is Jasper. He is always so happy when I pick him up, would never take him anywhere else.
Our two dogs are day-care attenders and love going each day. The staff are loving and protective of our pups - we are very happy knowing they are in safe, caring hands all day.
Hudson loves his playtime at Pooch Hotel! The staff is always so excited to see him - we know that he's loved and taken care of!
It was our first visit to the hotel. I felt we were rushed checking in. Staff was friendly. And I would've loved seeing the hotel. I think a tour is needed for new clients.
It would be nice if you emailed upcoming special events.
Can't say enough wonderful things about the care and attention our babies get when they stay here! We've been boarding here since shortly after they opened me have never had anything but a great experience!
