We really like the environment at Pooch Hotel. More than that, our dogs are totally happy here so much so they seem at though they couldn't care less that we are back to take them home. It is so nice to have a place where our pups are totally relaxed. So much better than boarding them at a kennel or vet. The staff are very competent. They make sure all the required tests on animals by a vet are on record before they accept any to board. We have left our dogs for two weeks and for only a day. Love it! And we highly r... read more

It was our first visit to the hotel. I felt we were rushed checking in. Staff was friendly. And I would've loved seeing the hotel. I think a tour is needed for new clients.
