This is the very first time I had ever used a kenneling service for my baby Moe. I was out of town for 10 days and left her in the Care of The Pooch Hotel. I knew everything was all good from the moment I stepped in the door the facility is clean and well-run and well-organised. I'm extremely happy with the services that were provided. I feel as though the staff took the time to analyze my dogs particular behavior and they catered to her. Always take my puppy to pee before bringing her out to me st pick up to help limit excitement pee.
We boarded our dog, Penny, for a few days and we were very happy with the experience again. Penny went in happy and came out happy, as usual. The staff is very caring and accessible.

I have two "bully breeds" and take them to the pooch hotel every week. They absolutely love it, they come home super tired and well behaved. I also love that I can look at them throughout the day on the webcam which gives me peace of mind plus an enjoyable momentary distractions from work when I check in on my fur babies. I had looked into other doggie day cares, which all seem to have a policy banning bully breeds. With more people adopting from rescues, I believe the ban will have those places out of business soon.... read more
