This is the very first time I had ever used a kenneling service for my baby Moe. I was out of town for 10 days and left her in the Care of The Pooch Hotel. I knew everything was all good from the moment I stepped in the door the facility is clean and well-run and well-organised. I'm extremely happy with the services that were provided. I feel as though the staff took the time to analyze my dogs particular behavior and they catered to her. We boarded our dog, Penny, for a few days and we were very happy with the experience again. Penny went in happy and came out happy, as usual. The staff is very caring and accessible.
