I like the fact my dog came home and he didn’t look traumatized. He was his normal cheer self. The front receptionist didn’t really greet me as well as they greet other clients behind me. Felt almost ignored. The lady that help check my dog didn’t really explain a lot of things just asked me to sign a paper and took my dog in the back without let me say goodbye. I'm sorry you felt ignored or felt as though the staff was not as friendly towards you. We do our best to make sure that we acknowledge everyone and try to take our time, but unfortunately that is not always the case. I have spoken with the girl who checked you in and addressed giving more time to each client. We do have suites that have cameras built in, starting with our Executive suites. My dog Lexi came back so scared of everything and she was literally running away from the place she didn’t like it and we were told she bit one of the workers when they were trying to get her leash on I know my dog and she would only bite someone if they tried to bother her or hit her or she didn’t trust them and she’s been acting so weird and so scared of everyone

I picked up dog before 6 PM. Had extra food left & snack-dog was thinner & was soo hungry that smelled the food & tried to eat through the baggy. Fed that to my dog & then fed a regular dinner to dog.

The billing for service was significantly more than quoted. My card was charge during my check out process and two days later. No one contacted me about additional charges.

When I dropped off my dog, the gal at the front desk was in a bad mood or just had a terrible personality. I am going to find a place closer to my house. The bath was insanely expensive too.

Ridiculous policy to give only 90 days use 10 visits. I bought the package then shortly thereafter I was told my dog wouldn’t be allowed in group play until he was fixed. My vet recommended I wait until my dog was closer to a year old. I didn’t return until he was fixed four months later and had lost four daycare stays. Also you changed the policy regarding early drop off and I was charged $10 for leaving my dog at 6:30am. I have to be at work at 7am. DOG HIT ON CAMERA: I'd give this place a negative star if it were feasible. We had our rescue puppy boarded here for almost two weeks while we were away for a family wedding. Initially we were encouraged by our tour of the facility and our interaction with the staff and upgraded to view the camera in the playroom. Nina has started shaking when we bring her to your facility; which is not a good sign. She always seems fine when we pick her up and we do monitor her on your in-house camera system.

We called ahead of time to see if we should bring our senior dog her orthopedic dog bed. We were told not to bring it because you guys prove a deluxe cushy bed at no extra charge. I wasn't there when my husband dropped her off and I wanted to go check on her later that day for peace of mind. My husband was under the impression that the dogs all had a nice big room with a nice bed that looked like a kid's bed.
