Too expensive. Unfortunately I had no choice. I had to take my dogs at midnight after they rushed my mom to the ER. They charge for everything. For 2 small dogs that can be put together I paid $275 for 39 hours.

The webcam system was down the entire time my pups stayed, which was the main reason why I chose this place for my dogs. Also, when I picked up my pups, one had injuries all over her front legs and paws while the other looked as though she had lost a significant amount of weight. I could clearly see her ribs and indentation of her pelvic bone.
I was disappointed that I could not check on Baxter with the webcam but I got a picture and update twice which helped! Rita Bonds

Everything seemed to go well and the staff is friendly. The one concern that we have is the fact that we were not able to see where our dog was housed. We were told that we could not go back to the daycare area due to safety concerns. It makes us uneasy not to know the conditions of the area. We are wondering what this safety issue is.

The safety concern of walking people back is typically because we are cleaning and we do not want anyone to fall. We are also walking dogs, and that can be a safety concern. This is the second time our dog has been hurt and has required stitches during her stay. We were alerted and the situation was handled professionally. I believe there is a problem with supervision during play time.
Took my 2 small dogs to playtime in the afternoon. When I picked them up both of my dogs were ‘grinning’ ear to ear. What could be better!
