Our two little dogs come home happy and playful after a stay at the Pooch Hotel. Other boarding places don't let them play very often.
Puppies were happy puppies.
We always feel as if Bart is in great hands at Pooch Hotel in Richardson. We call in to check on him and get very detailed information as to how he is doing and that is appreciated. We called in this weekend to check on him and got an answering machine but received a call back in less than 15 minutes. I recommend the Pooch Hotel.

We LOVE the Pooch Hotel in Richardson. My husband and I wanted to find the perfect place to leave our fur baby when we travel. After checking out multiple facilities, we decided on the Pooch Hotel. We’ve missed everyone at Pooch Hotel. With the pandemic, Henry has stayed at home but we are looking forward to getting back in the groove. The groove includes Henry spending a day a week at Pooch daycare!
Aja’ is always taken good care of by the staff at Pooch Hotel. But is excited to see us come home!
I'm very happy with the service i recieved and confident in the care that was given to my pet while she was there. Being able to see her on the webcam was great and put my mind at ease. Thank you guys.
