DOG HIT ON CAMERA: I'd give this place a negative star if it were feasible. We had our rescue puppy boarded here for almost two weeks while we were away for a family wedding. Initially we were encouraged by our tour of the facility and our interaction with the staff and upgraded to view the camera in the playroom. Pooch Hotel is clean and spaces. Staffs are nice. They sent message to let me know how was my dog was doing. They also have room with camera so I can check on my dog. I like the room with the glass door because my dog could looks out to the hallway. Thank you for taking care of my dog!

Everything went fine for us and Nina and she seemed to do fine at your location. From the get go, she does not like to be boarded, even just for daycare, and she is always a little resistant to go; we have spoiled her regarding this! When we drop her off she often has her tail between her legs but she does this at home too when we do not bring her with us. The most important thing is that we trust Pooch in Richardson to take very good care of our little Princess!

Great experience overall sometimes there’s not a very pleasant smell as soon as you get in but people are pleasant and professional, expensive though.

Mozart loves going to Pooch. The staff really loves him and treats him as if he was there own. If there is an issue they contact me immediately and even will take him to my vet if needed. Excellent care for my Mozart.
