Tiffany, the General Manager, and Jill at the front desk helped me out with getting my Frenchie boarded for a vacay I am taking in 1 week. Took him for a 1 day Daycare today and got a tour of the puppy suite he will be staying in for 1 week while I am out of town! Best service for such short notice and I am truly relieved that my Frenchie is going to be in great hands and also enjoying HIS best life. We are so happy we found Wag Hotel/Carson. We started bringing our Husky Skye back in December of 2020 and have continued to bring her ever since whenever we need. I can tell she loves it there because she's always excited when we arrive at the hotel. At Wags we feel our girl is safe and it's the only hotel we take her to. We have used the boarding, and all day stay and have had great experiences with both. Amazing doggie day care! All day play is great for socializing puppies while the humans enjoy some non-dog time (like work....). Also great for overnight stays. It does smell like dogs in the building but it's a dog facility, not a perfume shop. I enjoy the photos and report cards. Thank you to the whole staff for taking care of my furry kids

We've been going here for months and we love it! They are extremely accommodating but also they are very responsible in watching over our dog! We've even left our dog here for a week and they would send us updates and pictures so we felt very safe leaving her there. Definitely a place I'd recommend for your dog and the price is very reasonable!

I dropped off my son's dog this morning for a whole day play, the dog didn't finish his breakfast, so I took a goody bag, the front desk lady told me that I couldn't leave the food because they were full and she didn't have a place for the dog to eat and the dog was going to be in the play area all day and if the dog started vomiting then she would do something about it..!! Thank you for your response, Erin. While I appreciate the acknowledgment, I want to be clear--this situation went far beyond a matter of unmet "expectations." My dog was injured under your care and required emergency stitches totaling over $800. What's most troubling is not just the injury, but the lack of urgency, transparency, and accountability in your handling of the situation. Disappointed and Deeply Concerned I entrusted wags in Carson, CA, with the care of my year old golden doodle for several months, reassured by their promises of constant supervision, attentive staff, and a safe environment--especially important given my dog's age and socialization needs. The front desk was informative thank you but what happens behind doors with our four legged family members . Well that is to look out for. My family and I were not at all pleased with the treatment that was clearly given to our 9month old GSD. Not only was she given CBD without our consent but the full camera package was unacceptable.
