After a fun day at the wag hotel lol my babies are fresh and clean thank you Miguel and Sienna they always take good care of my babies they love coming here. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their pups groomed and have a day of running errands your dogs will be in good hands
Wag Hotel is always accommodating, Today I had the pleasure of meeting the manager she was pleasant and helpful, my dog bluecy stays at the wag hotel are always pleasant and I never had any issues their and my dog loves it .
We love to have our Kobe come here! Excellent customer service and clean facility. They separate play time for big dogs and small dogs. Buying a daycare package also has been the lowest pricing we've seen in this area. When you download the app you can see the cameras and receive a daily report card.
If you're nervous boarding your pet or are like me and have never been away from your little fur baby before and don't know who to trust... look no further than this place!!! They've been absolutely amazing from the day care we took my baby to, until today dropping her off for her first week long boarding experience. She's staying in the Catalina room and when we walked in she felt like she was at home and was so happy!! Just used Wag for the first time and it was an amazing experience! Huge shoutout to Miguel at the front who helped us check out, he clearly really cares about the fur babies and after staying only a single night, our baby Riley (Slayden) was clearly attached to him. His attitude and actual customer service are also absolutely top-notch. Riley stayed in one of the top end suites. There's only a few of those in particular, so reserve as far in advance as you can! MUST READ......First I want to say how much I regret bringing my Goldendoodle to this Daycare and I will not be taking him to any other daycare, I just don't trust these places anymore. I want to say that my doodle is 2 years old, he has not been anywhere without us, only at this Carson Daycare. To be fair I'm only rating this establishment for their high price quoted me over the phone. It might be that they provide super extra care for your pets, but I just think it's way over priced. The staff I spoke to was ver pleasant.

We have a mini Goldendoodle and have used several dog daycare and boarding facilities in the past, including other Wag locations, and have never had any issues--until this Carson location. During our dog's stay here, we received calls almost daily saying he was being put into "time out" due to behaviors we have never seen from him, nor have ever been reported by any other facility. We drove over an hour to visit WAG Pet Hotel in Carson, only to be told they were too busy to give us a tour. I called the day before and was told we could come anytime before 4 p.m. According to their website, they offer daily tours between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. We arrived around noon, well within that time, but were turned away and told to come back next week.
