I dropped off my son's dog this morning for a whole day play, the dog didn't finish his breakfast, so I took a goody bag, the front desk lady told me that I couldn't leave the food because they were full and she didn't have a place for the dog to eat and the dog was going to be in the play area all day and if the dog started vomiting then she would do something about it..!! The front desk was informative thank you but what happens behind doors with our four legged family members . Well that is to look out for. My family and I were not at all pleased with the treatment that was clearly given to our 9month old GSD. Not only was she given CBD without our consent but the full camera package was unacceptable. Our poor puppy was out of it for two weeks , thank goodness she is finally back to her normal playful self. My dogs have come here for years. Something has changed as other reviews have mentioned. I don't know if they aren't fully staffed, take on too many dogs or what the case is... my dogs boarded there for 9 days... I picked up my dog Maddie who now has not only pneumonia, but an infected paw infection and no one seems to know anything! $1400 later at the vet and upper management seems to not care at all. I left my dog here for boarding and they failed to follow a specific schedule made for my dog despite calling them 4 times to remind them to do their jobs. never again

The weekend of August 9th. I left my dog there paid for special care . My dog did not receive the care Wag states they give our pets. Staff did so many mistakes with my dog. They returned my pet smelling and looking like it was uncared for or watched over for several hrs. The belongings were a mess when they return them back to me. I called and spoke with supervisor Aaron twice all she kept telling me is that it was lack of staffing on there end. They had hired new people that did not do their job correctly. Something has happened with management or with their expansion where this place has gone downhill. If you want to ensure that your pets are safe, healthy, and cared for I would highly recommend finding another boarding place. On multiple instances this year, Wag would not adjust its policy even slightly to help my family out. This place is horrible I came here with my parents to get a tour of the place because we were thinking of leaving my dog here. When we walked into the rooms where the gods are the place was freezing cold I saw a couple of dogs and they were shaking. Not only that but dogs were crying and we heard someone hitting a dog really hard that it started crying. Please DONT leave your dog here. It's so bad people are cruel to the dogs here. I also saw some dog coming out with their owners and they were crying.
