Not only failed EVERY expectation, but got my dogs sick as well. Then when my wife called, we were told "no problem, it's just a cold. You signed a waiver." Cameras don't work, emails don't happen, people don't care.
Horrible. We are a nonprofit dog rescue and we're looking to have some dogs in daycare one day for about 5 hours. Willing to pay. Was promised a call back nothing. Went in person they assured me I would get a call the next day. Still nothing. We went again and promised a call. Nothing. Well I would hate to think what would happen if they had a problem with your dog because it's impossible to get anyone on the phone or to get a simple call back.
