I have boarded my dog plenty of times before and was excited to give this place a shot given the amount of people that had recommended it to me. I was extremely disappointed in how they neglected my dog and the instructions I gave for him. I packed him one bag of food per day with his name, the date and instructions labeled on each bag. Wag Hotels should be shut down permanently. The last time we boarded our dog at the ************ location, he came back emaciated. His spine and ribs were visible. He also spent the three days following our return throwing up and having diarrhea several times a day. I tried to follow up to see if he was sick during his stay. It took several tries to a general call center number to have someone call me back. They assured me they would look into it and get back to me. No one did. I tried again, same thing. Best doggy day care ever. They actually love your dog and your furry friend comes home happy and exhausted. They do boarding and grooming! I love this place!
