The team at Wake & Water are awesome. I Need to do a shout out for and too Brandon, Blake and Riley. I had a blast hanging with them and learned a lot. They are extremely friendly, honestly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My saleman Blake who was in a boot after surgery, probably should have been at home and taken his meds. NOPE!!! Excellent experience working with the crew at Wake&Water! I bought a used Centurion RI245 and Josh was extremely knowledgeable about the boat. The service team was professional and timely on a minor warranty repair. Brandon deserves a massive shoutout as well - I was launching my boat nearby and my truck's CV axle had a malfunction. Not knowing how I'd handle getting the boat out of the water I gave them a call (mind you this is on a Sunday). Transferable warranty in ad was not included after the sale. When negotiating and asked about it they said I just needed to speak with my local Supra dealer. After the sale they said “we are not a supra dealer and not aware of what each dealers / manufactures policy towards warranty transfers looks like or potential costs.” $1500 is what they cost and they know that but prefer to be shady and push for the sale over customer satisfaction.
