The installation to the drain was not installed correctly and all the drain was going into the bottom of my home. This was only after 3 months of being installed. I called a plumber thinking I had a water leak which cost me $250.00 for him to show me the mess. I contacted company and someone came and looked at the problem and was told by manager I would be reimbursed but have never heard anything since. No reimbursement no one come look under my home. I would think twice before I would recommend them.
I had a great experience with Walker Brothers Heating & Air Conditioning. The young man, Jay, was very professional and respectful. He arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue, and had my air back up and running in no time. It didn’t take him long at all, and I really appreciated how efficient and courteous he was. Highly recommend their service!
These folks are great! They came to take care of my AC unit, were there on time, were professional, kind, helpful, friendly and did a fantastic and thorough job! The price was reasonable and the people who made the appointment were friendly and I could tell they cared about me and my cooling issues. All and all would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
Had a wonderful experience with technician named Kristopher. He had to come after hours to fix my AC. He was very respectful, nice, and got the job done quickly. Thank you Kristopher for fixing my AC last night so me and my family could sleep comfortably and be cool during these hot summer days! Recommend Walker Brothers to anyone I know.
