I got in touch with this company through my home warranty. I left a message for him when my home warranty assign the work order to him, and then called him again a few days later towards the end of the day. He was very helpful and presented options about his ability to get out on a day that worked for both of us. Once he arrived he discovered a manufacturer defect and helped me replace the the entire unit.
