Very HONEST and professional! had great communication and showed up to the appointment on time! He also, called me when he was in route, so that I wouldn't have to wait at the unit in the cold for the 4-hour window. My issue was simply somehow, the breaker had flipped inside of my electrical furnace, he flipped the breaker and the furnace came right on.
