Do not store anything you value at this facility, after losing my keys three times the manager at the facility offered top sell me a new lock and allow her to store a key there at the facility in case I should lose my key in the future. Only after having several high dollar items come up missing from my unit did I learn that its against company policy to store copies of renters keys with management at the facility. I raised the issue with their corporate office and was asked to vacate my unit at the facility. Ive been a patr... read more
