Called Wallace in October, 2022 to replace a/c unit in our 960 sq. ft. 2-story condo. Husband spoke with Ryan (owner's son) who said they would install a 1.5T unit. Husband told Ryan he thought we should go with a 2 - 2.5T, but Ryan insisted that we needed to match what was currently installed. Wallace installed new unit on 10/11/22 total cost of $4,735 ($3,985 for the new 1.5T Goodman GS14 a/c unit and $750 for the Shark Skin anti corrosion coating).
