My problem was a neutral wire found it right away
We have had an intermittent, ongoing problem with a circuit that provides our basement lights. I have tried repeatedly to locate a short in the wiring, to no avail. John and Jake, from Wallace Wiring, were able to trace the problem to an outside receptacle. The receptacle was bypassed, which took care of the short. Kudos to Wallace Wiring and their very capable technicians.
