Wallen Garage door was great. My tenant called this morning saying the garage door wouldn’t open. I found Wallen Garage door and they were out within a few hours and had the issue fixed super fast. The communication throughout was great and the value for what was done was really good. I’m very happy with everything and I would highly recommend Wallen to anyone in need of garage door service.

From the initial consultation for a garage door tune-up through same-day completion, the experience was entirely positive. The work was professional, reasonably priced, and showed real attention to detail. Highly recommend.
Aaron came by and answered all my questions about my current garage door and the options I had to get a new one. I didn’t feel any pressure at all to make a decision but he was extremely knowledgeable that when I do have a garage door need it will always be Wallen.
Steve showed up ahead of schedule and waited patiently for us to be ready. He let me review the situation with him, and he analyzed the problem carefully. Made the necessary suggestions to fix the actual problem without "over-fix." Gave some suggestions about possible upgrades to consider as well as correcting an original installation weakness.
