He was very meticulous paying close attention to every aspect of the installation process to ensure garage door operational success. I was extremely pleased with his professionalism. He is a valuable asset to Wallen. Great job!
Wallen Door was a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to provide us with great customer service.
Technician was great & very friendly the first & second time out to work on garage door, I would have gave 5 stars, until I was charged a service charge just to flick a lever, but that wasn't his fault, I've had companies come out & get called back in say no charge if no labor or parts were involved. Just my opinion.
