My time here was a nightmare. 10+ cockroaches a day, rodents everywhere, an attempted stabbing outside my door, a drunk maintenance man that would show up at my door with beer at night, etc. The WORST thing about Wallingford Estates is they refused to give me my deposit, ignored all my attempts to reach out, and waited for me to send a certified letter to answer me. All the floors in the hallways have been torn up, and it still smells aggressively like urine. The units look fine as long as you don't inspect anything closer than from 10 feet away. Polite staff and good parking.
We delt with Rebecca in the beginning and Sarah at the end. Rebecca was always very helpful and communication was a A+. On a very good note when the lease expired we left the apartment very clean and just like we found it and they did not nickel and dime us for anything and refunded the deposit within the 30 days. They did the right thing! Management is very lucky to have these 2 ladies represent their business.
I had the chance to work on applications with Sarah at the office who is an incredible worker and put in everything she has for tenants, she does everything to make the process so easy. this office feels very homie with amazing vibes I truly recommend coming in to rent an apartment here.
Having this be my first apartment I must say that I hit a home run living here. My apartment has checked all of my boxes, the amount of space I have is almost enviable, the peace and quiet I get, and the convenient parking I have outside my apartment. I love it here!!!! And the leasing and maintenance staff are amazing!!!! Lord willing, I'm definitely renewing my lease!!!
