Had a really frustrating experience here. I had to break my lease because the place became unlivable, and since then, the landlord-manager has been completely unresponsive. They re holding my security deposit and wont return calls, emails, or even respond to a letter I sent that I know was delivered and signed for. Its been impossible to get in touch with anyone. If you are thinking of renting here, just be aware that communication and accountability might be a serious issue.

Sarah helped me get all set up and made the whole process from applying to getting settled in super easy. She's a gem and everyone around the complex has been great so far.
My time here was a nightmare. 10+ cockroaches a day, rodents everywhere, an attempted stabbing outside my door, a drunk maintenance man that would show up at my door with beer at night, etc. The WORST thing about Wallingford Estates is they refused to give me my deposit, ignored all my attempts to reach out, and waited for me to send a certified letter to answer me. All the floors in the hallways have been torn up, and it still smells aggressively like urine. The units look fine as long as you don't inspect anything closer than from 10 feet away. Polite staff and good parking.
