All the floors in the hallways have been torn up, and it still smells aggressively like urine. The units look fine as long as you don't inspect anything closer than from 10 feet away. Polite staff and good parking.
Having this be my first apartment I must say that I hit a home run living here. My apartment has checked all of my boxes, the amount of space I have is almost enviable, the peace and quiet I get, and the convenient parking I have outside my apartment. I love it here!!!! And the leasing and maintenance staff are amazing!!!! Lord willing, I'm definitely renewing my lease!!!
Rebecca is great! That’s the first thing. I moved here like 3 months ago and I must say this place is the epitome of HOME. The neighborhood is peaceful, amazing and quiet. The neighbors great besides few noisy ones. The management so great. So great. They take your concerns so serious and get the job done. Rebecca is phenomenal! P.S. I love what you guys doing to the property. It’s being upgraded well.
My girlfriend and I are so happy and grateful to call Wallingford Estates our home! Our previous apartment was a disaster, but Rebecca & Sarah have been the absolute best! From the moment we toured, we knew we were in the hands of management who really cared! They are genuine, they listen, and they really try to make it the best community for everyone. Sarah was nothing short of awesome. Started the process on Weds and was moved in by Friday, no hassles. Nice apartment. Clean buildings. No complaints.
