DO NOT BELIEVE THE PHOTOS. Literally the worst choice you could make. The photos are misleading absolutely false advertisement. Stepping on dog feces and trash to your walk in the building is wonderful. Hanging wires and unfinished floors are beautiful inhaling stomach turning stench throughout the building… great. Gunshots in the evening.. how relaxing. Don’t worry about bringing anything to the staff it’s not their problem once they get you to sign a lease.
We delt with Rebecca in the beginning and Sarah at the end. Rebecca was always very helpful and communication was a A+. On a very good note when the lease expired we left the apartment very clean and just like we found it and they did not nickel and dime us for anything and refunded the deposit within the 30 days. They did the right thing! Management is very lucky to have these 2 ladies represent their business.
Sarah helped me get all set up and made the whole process from applying to getting settled in super easy. She's a gem and everyone around the complex has been great so far.
My time here was a nightmare. 10+ cockroaches a day, rodents everywhere, an attempted stabbing outside my door, a drunk maintenance man that would show up at my door with beer at night, etc. The WORST thing about Wallingford Estates is they refused to give me my deposit, ignored all my attempts to reach out, and waited for me to send a certified letter to answer me.
