Positive changes I've lived at Wallis & Baker for about a year and a half, and the changes since the new manager took over in late 2023 have been amazing. Previously, there were issues with the responsiveness and security, but now things are much better. The team is very responsive. Maintenance requests are addressed often within the same day.
