This is our third time using Wally‘s carpet and tile for our home flooring needs. Chris was very helpful and accommodating with helping us get our final flooring project taken care of. When we called him out to measure and give us an estimate, we were so happy to find out that the floor we had put in a couple of years ago was still available. From start to finish, Ron the salesperson, was very easy to work with and very customer oriented. We negotiated the pricing to our liking and love that I was able to use my credit card without extra charges like other companies. The installers, both named Javier, did an outstanding job and were very courteous, professional, and thoughtful. Overall, an outstanding job from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Wally's carpet to my family and friends.
First time purchasing carpet and I had the best experience. Chris made it very easy and explained everything to me every step of the way. Much faster and better pricing than any large companies had quoted me. Installation was fast and sufficient. They were very helpful and moved anything we needed. Looks and feels like a new home. Would definitely recommend. Will be coming back soon.
I never knew purchasing and having carpet installed would be so fast and easy. Ron was extremely helpful in helping us find what we needed. He was very patient and we were thinking over our options and once we picked what we wanted we had everything installed within a couple of days. Javier did a great job installing the carpet and worked very cleanly. Their customer service was above and beyond anything I could have expected. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.
