This is our third time using Wally‘s carpet and tile for our home flooring needs. Chris was very helpful and accommodating with helping us get our final flooring project taken care of. When we called him out to measure and give us an estimate, we were so happy to find out that the floor we had put in a couple of years ago was still available. I love my new carpet. Jake did a great job of making sure I got what I wanted with in my budget. Installation was done fast and efficient.
Jake at the San Bernardino store was the one that we dealt with for the measuring and installation scheduling. He was wonderful to work with. He was very helpful and accommodating with all my changes in scheduling the flooring installation. He was always available when I called and helped me with all my questions. When installers arrived and began work, they found we needed a new sub floor installed due to wood floor damage. I called Jake and he was able to quickly give me a fair price for the additional work. From start to finish, Ron the salesperson, was very easy to work with and very customer oriented. We negotiated the pricing to our liking and love that I was able to use my credit card without extra charges like other companies. The installers, both named Javier, did an outstanding job and were very courteous, professional, and thoughtful. Overall, an outstanding job from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Wally's carpet to my family and friends.
First time purchasing carpet and I had the best experience. Chris made it very easy and explained everything to me every step of the way. Much faster and better pricing than any large companies had quoted me. Installation was fast and sufficient. They were very helpful and moved anything we needed. Looks and feels like a new home.
