First time purchasing carpet and I had the best experience. Chris made it very easy and explained everything to me every step of the way. Much faster and better pricing than any large companies had quoted me. Installation was fast and sufficient. They were very helpful and moved anything we needed. Looks and feels like a new home. Would definitely recommend. Will be coming back soon.
I hired Wally’s carpet and tile to install my porcelain tile I purchased from Italy for a kitchen remodel. His installers did a wonderful job and Tom was quick to fix an issue with the wrong grout, and the installers removed and replaced the grout all in the same day. They are extremely hard workers. The tile came out beautiful. I’m very happy with their work and highly recommend them.
The guys were very professional and respectful... the service was affordable and done is a quick professional manor... I will be happy to use them again for future projects...
I reached out to Wally's Carpet to get an estimate for my house. They are quick to respond, they show up on time, and are very professional. The estimate took less than 30 minutes and I was not pressured to buy anything and decidedto give them my business. The installers arrived on time and did an awesome job. I highly recommend Wally's, and I will definitely use them again.
Excellent customer service! Fabulous selection and very fair prices! Tom was great to work with. He answered all my questions, was patient, informative and very helpful. The installation crew headed up by Juan did a marvelous job. Always on time, thoughtful, very careful when moving furniture, funny and personable. This is the second time we’ve used Wally’s for our flooring needs. We won’t use any one else and HIGHLY recommend them! All for Tom in the Yucaipa store! Thanks guys!
