I am a Realtor and had to help two of my clients, by securing roof inspections and roof repair work on their homes. One was to secure 32 tiles that had slid out of place. The second was for a leak that had partially rotted a 2'X4' section of roof sheathing which required removing an area of tile that looked to be about 5'X10' in order to find where the leak was. Walsh roofing did a great job on our roof while taking care to minimize debris and damage to landscaping, yard, and driveway. Our old roof required a lot more repair than previously thought, but their hard-working crew did what had to be done in what I consider to be record time. We still had our new cement tile roof in place several days sooner than the original estimate, and we love it! They also did some touch-ups that I was planning to do myself.
