I cannot recommend this store more highly. Their customer service is beyond exceptional. It's very spacious and calm inside the store, without any high-pressure sales going on. You can browse the displays as you wish, and there's a great selection of jewelry on display---from the very traditional to the more contemporary, plus estate pieces. Went in looking for a bracelet for our daughter, and Russell was great. Listening to what we were looking for and then showing us items that matched what we asked for. There were a couple of items that they has at their West Orange store that he said he could have brought over for the next day. Highly recommended by another jeweler we visited. Nice selection and variety of quality jewelry. We went for an appraisal and made an unexpected purchase. They have a few locations but we chose Boonton because of their quaint shopping district and its variety of things to do. Plenty of parking within a reasonable distance.
