Initially a really good experience, with a friendly, reliable team. But i have recently had a lot of issues with appointments and evolve changing appointments without any notice! I have now gone 4 months with no treatment due to miscommunication, frustrating. The only answer i get is a new retainer. I now wish I chose braces.
I have had a good experience both with my sons treatment and now starting my own. The staff are informative, helpful and professional. My sons teeth have progressed as expected and the process has been smooth even with the impacts of COVID.
We are so please we chose to go with Evolve. All staff are super friendly and went above and beyond to ensure both Milly and I were comfortable and understood our steps going forward.
Such a great experience beck and Lucy have such great attitudes and was so much better than any other dentist we have been to!
From the minute we walk in to reception right through to the after care we had smiling, happy and at the same time professional services. Thank you
