Super efficient in responding to enquiries and Abi was very accommodating with viewings and answering questions we had. Abi and Erica were very friendly and professional, they made it very easy to follow the process and we were in our new home before we knew it! When I first called Wards I engaged with a letting agent named Abigail. I was into somewhat unique position as I was moving to the Maidstone area from the United States and was having a hard time finding any letting agents who were willing to work with me.
