I first approached Wards Barnehurst office because it is local and was drawn to it, very glad l did! The team are great, friendly and approachable from Geoffs visit to discuss and give us a valuation and Ann and James arranging viewings resulting with a fast sale! All moving forward!
My experience with Wards overall has been fantastic! Special shout out to Ann and Debbie. Ann was a delight to work with - she got me in to view the property I ended up buying SO quickly, super flexible with timings and the process from their side was seamless. Debbie was great at keeping me in the loop during the sales process and took the time to answer all my questions. Great communication and super supportive, I can't fault them and would recommend them to friends and family.
We came to Wards after our original estate agents let us down, after months of no information and being fobbed off with excuses we turned to wards and had a full price offer within weeks. Anne is AMAZING!!!!!!!! Our expectations were on the floor but Anne was so positive we were soon up and looking forward again with so much help and information why didn't we go to them first ?. We would also like to thank Geoff and Nancy so helpful if Anne wasn't around " Wards struck all the right chords ".
