My partner, our 2-year-old and I recently visited the Barnehurst branch of Wards while searching for our first home. We’d been to a few different estate agents in the area, but Geoff really stood out — he was so welcoming and made us feel comfortable straight away. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for and reassured us that he’d do his best to help us find our first home. A really positive experience and we look forward to working with him.
Unfortunately due to personnel reasons we have had to take our property off the market but I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the team at Wards of Barnehurst including Geoff, Ann, Nancy and others who where so helpful in ever aspect of the process. The photos and marketing was first class and the number of viewings through the door was way more than expected. I will return to Wards of Barnehurst when the time arrives again the sell but I most definitely recommend using Geoff and the team for any property needs.

We just sold with Wards. The whole process with them was quick and easy. Geoff was very helpful and friendly. We also had the AI pictures of some rooms in the house as we use a bedroom as an office etc and wanted to show what they would look like as the intended rooms, they came out great and really helped with the vision of the house! Would recommend!
After quite a few months of unproductive viewings through another hard working agent, it was a relief to have Wards of Barnehurst quickly find a buyer for our home when we went multi-agent. Overseeing the negotiations to reach an agreed price were Jeff and James. Their confident and well balanced approach to closing a deal helped enormously.
