She was exceptionally proactive and supportive throughout the entire process. Attempted to view a property with Wards that I was incredibly excited about, however they bought the incorrect keys to our viewing. The agent promised to call as soon as they have the correct keys. I proceeded to contact them and they said they still did not have the correct keys and would be in contact soon, I expressed my concerns about missing an opportunity to view this flat and they promised this would not happen. Wards have changed my cynical opinion of the industry. Absolute first class, straight forward service. A special mention to Michael and Lila who were professional, pleasant and easy to deal with. Michael was straight forward, valued our property accurately and managed our expectations appropriately. He didn't try to win our business by telling us what we wanted to hear.
