I had a great experience with this estate agency. Jesse Cheema was professional, friendly, and always willing to help throughout the process. She kept us informed at every stage, and responded promptly to any questions, which made everything as smooth and stress free as possible - especially being first time buyers. And a special shout-out to Anne (sorry don't know last name), who made the property viewing genuinely enjoyable. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and brought a positive energy.

First home buyers - during the process of making an offer, Wards in Chatham will want to be your best friends and send you various emails about fantastic customer service and support they will offer throughout the process. Don’t be fooled. 7 months of hardly returning our calls or emails when asking for updates or support. Wards of Chatham have been most helpful in selling a flat for me. The process was complicated by the fact I live in Wiltshire and the flat was in Chatham but Brendon and the team made the whole process straightforward and kept me informed at all stages. They were friendly , professional and helpful at all times. I would certainly recommend them.

When it came to selling a family property recently, I sourced valuations from two estate agents in Chatham.
