I had the great pleasure of dealing with Wards Estate Team, particularly Jesse Cheema and Brendon Church at Chatham and Liam Sparks at Strood, who provided exceptional service in terms of responsiveness, quality, professionalism, and value. They were each a pleasure to speak to on the phone and got back to me quickly and efficiently. They kept everyone in the loop and the whole chain moving. First home buyers - during the process of making an offer, Wards in Chatham will want to be your best friends and send you various emails about fantastic customer service and support they will offer throughout the process. Don’t be fooled. 7 months of hardly returning our calls or emails when asking for updates or support.
