We bought our new home through Wards of Deal. Our sales progressor Amanda Robinson was polite, kind and understanding. Whenever I called the office everyone tried to help or directed me to someone who could. Thank you Wards of Deal.
We had a pleasant experience with Wards of Deal, which is often rare for me when buying a house. I found Ellie particularly friendly and helpful and Kevin the agent that showed us around, was also very friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable, which can be rare these days. The only minor negative I had, was I simply could not get through to the Deal branch at first trying to book a viewing and kept getting through to the Dover branch, however once we did get through to Wards at Deal a viewing was quickly booked in.
Thank you so much to Lauren and team for helping us to find our dream home for our family. We couldn't have found it without you. If you are looking to sell or buy I would 100% recommend the team at Wards Deal they where all so lovely and did such a good job.
I cannot praise Wards of Deal highly enough for the professionalism they displayed while selling my house. The initial, in-depth presentation by Lauren was highly impressive. However, she did omit to mention that all of Wards' staff were prepared to go beyond the call of duty to ensure a successful sale. I cannot recommend Wards of Deal highly enough. My house sale was started off by William who was very polite,friendly and professional and from then on I also dealt with Gemma,Dylan,Lauren, Ellie and Amanda.
