Gregory and his team are a really lovely estate agent to work with. Always happy to answer any questions or queries and very efficent. Got the house that we wanted thanks to Gregory's encouragement. Would never had known that the word "modern auction" does not actually mean there's an auction just that the house sale has to be completed within 56days and you can put in an offer just like any other hose for sale!
