Luisa at the Eynsford branch of Wards has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is empathetic, attentive, and really takes the time to understand the details and what matters to you as a buyer. Communication has been clear and thoughtful throughout, and she strikes a great balance between professionalism and a genuinely personal approach. I only wish more estate agents operated at this level — it would make the whole process much smoother for everyone.

Wards sold our house but we had a long, difficult experience on the other end when several places we tried to buy fell through, however, the team at Wards kept our chain together and cheerfully persevered through it all. A special mention for Judy, who was particularly amazing - she kept on top of everything like an elite PA! I can’t praise her enough. I’m convinced that we’re only in our new house today because of her Herculean efforts.
