Everyone at Wards were fantastically helpful throughout the whole sales process. Lawrence, Shannon and Maureen were always positive, cheerful and quick to respond to questions and Judy’s friendly tenacity got us through the final stages of the exchange and completion.
My wife and I were looking to move into quite a specific area and Shannon and Lawrence did an excellent job of alerting us to new properties before they hit the market. We found them extremely proactive, friendly a pleasure to work with and great local knowledge. Highly recommended all in the Eynsford and surrounding area to sell and buy through them.
I was unfortunate enough to get stuck in a long and painfully drawn out chain. That said, I cannot praise Lawrence at Wards in Eynsford more highly. He could not have been more helpful, chasing agents and solicitors down the line, and putting up with me constantly pestering him. He even spoke with my vendor in Scotland and with the developer that they were buying from, something that he absolutely did not need to do. I have a leasehold property that was with a previous estate agent, and I switched to Wards. We sold at our first open house and can not thank Shannon and Lawrence for the updates and care. We can now move, onto our next home. I would certainly recommend Wards.
