Brilliant, family-friendly service from start to finish. Luisa was fantastic with our kids, warm, patient and engaging, so we could really focus on the viewing. She also understood the added complexity of involving our parents and handled it with real care and empathy. Shannon then kept everything moving, negotiating thoughtfully and communicating clearly to get the deal over the line. Professional, responsive and genuinely human, highly recommended.

We only put our house on the market a few weeks ago and have to say how impressed we have been with Wards and all the staff but in particular Shannon who has been so helpful. Wards sold our house but we had a long, difficult experience on the other end when several places we tried to buy fell through, however, the team at Wards kept our chain together and cheerfully persevered through it all. A special mention for Judy, who was particularly amazing - she kept on top of everything like an elite PA! I can’t praise her enough. I’m convinced that we’re only in our new house today because of her Herculean efforts.
