We recently sold our home and purchased another through Wards and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. From our first meeting to completion, the team were always professional and supportive, making the whole process very straightforward and stress-free. A huge thank you to Hannah, Paul and Shahla in particular who were excellent throughout. If we ever end up moving house again, we will be using Wards again, no question.
Hannah Roberts was great from start to finish. Very upbeat, positive and always cheerful. We added a few things to the mix and Hannah manahed to keep it all well oiled and fluid so that the entire process was a breathe. Her colleague Paul was also very helpful. We're delighted to have had Hannah as our guide throughout the purchase of our property and would highly recommend her and Paul to all .
