After 2 years and 5 months with two ‘leading’ Faversham estate agents and no sale, we met with Hannah and were immediately impressed by her enthusiasm and knowledge of the Faversham property market. We changed agents and 10 weeks later, after many positive viewing and three offers, we have completed on our sale … what more can I say? Just this, Hannah and her team were brilliant.
I have put an offer in on a house with Wards in Faversham. I met Emma who showed me round. I asked many questions which Emma was able to answer and she gave me further information which l hadn't thought of...even telling me how many minutes it takes to walk into town. I wasn't rushed.
