We decided to change to multi agency after a discussion with Wards . The previous agency were fine with it. From the moment of signing up with Wards we were extremely impressed. The Communication was excellent and there was always someone on the other end of the phone if we needed help. All the team were familiar with our situation and I am very grateful for their assistance. What amazing staff this branch (and Bearsted) have. Ive had enormous problems with my conveyancing company when trying to purchased a house being offered on the market through Wards of Headcorn, but they all went above and beyond to help me resolve every issue with amazing speed and professionalism, (couldn't leave a review without mentioning Sally who is their sales progressor, super brilliant with help and support even when I was tearful on the end of the phone) .
