Couldn't fault Wards estate agents, they did what they promised and sold our bungalow. They stayed in contact at every stage of the long process and delivered. I have to thank their team of Graham, Emily, Rachel, Freya and Shane who were professional throughout. Towards the end Rachel deserved a special mention as she must have been fed-up with me calling as often as I did but she was great. Highly recommend the team at Wards in Herne Bay, we recently had a family bereavement and I was helping my parents , as executors, to sell the property as they’d been finding the whole process very overwhelming. In Dec 2025 we were told we where moving to our new home in Herne Bay from Croydon, the date was 23rd Dec, we arrived at out new property at 10am with the 18ton truck full of out life, Then it began... the people buying out property after agreeing to the exchange didn't complete as the rest of us did, this caused chaos for us and the vendor of our new home because we couldn't move into out property even though they where vacant, Wards of Herne Bay stayed open till late on the 23rd ( well past closing, which would have been ... read more
Having put my house on the market in February staff at Wards Herne Bay I dealt with Freya, Shane and Emily and have found all to be really helpful and informative. Shane has kept me updated all the way through. House was off the market for a few weeks due to personal circumstances then put back on.
