Couldn't fault Wards estate agents, they did what they promised and sold our bungalow. They stayed in contact at every stage of the long process and delivered. I have to thank their team of Graham, Emily, Rachel, Freya and Shane who were professional throughout. Towards the end Rachel deserved a special mention as she must have been fed-up with me calling as often as I did but she was great. The whole team are exactly that - a really good TEAM. Super professional and so helpful. The sale has been a nightmare journey, mainly my fault. Not once did they loose patience with me, always on hand to advise. Showed great communication skills. We asked Wards to come and value our house although we were not sure if we were going to sell. Graham was very friendly, professional and well prepared and remembered us from a previous house purchase. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some great advice which helped us make our decision. We would highly recommend.
When we decided to sell our property we made the decision to go to another agent, but after many months with limited viewings, we decided to go to Wards (we have used them before, but slightly more expensive). We should have gone with them in the first place as although very slightly higher in price, I am sure we would have sold it earlier.
