I'll start by saying firstly, 5 stars for Connor (despite the 4 above which is an overall opinion). He personally took over the sale and the progression and kept us updated in some rather challenging up and down times. He was friendly (not overfamiliar), yet super professional, polite and knowledgeable and would always get back to us (even when things were becoming challenging). Connor was fantastic at Wards. He showed us around several houses, we never felt pressured in anyway, had plenty of time to think things through (especially the cupboard space. ha ha). The sale then went through smoothly, they recommended outstanding solicitors, and had a smooth change over. Thanks so much.

Fantastic service and big shoutout to Conor! We were fist time buyers and the team at Wards were honestly fantastic during our house hunting process.
