My experience with Wards was incredible thank you is not a big enough word for Kayleigh Allison who helped me, her communication through it all, her patience and effort. One of the kindest people ever, she helped me when I got anxious about everything she went above and beyond and I’m forever grateful. And my fiancé and myself loved our welcome box by wards when we got the keys the to our first place together, looking forward to the Kent life. Thank you again Kayleigh you are amazing!!!!!!!!

Still waiting for my deposit to be returned. Moved out 3 weeks ago. Terrible communication. Landlord was more than happy with how I left the property but when asking for my deposit back it’s radio silence. Terrible. Would never use again. Avoid at all costs
Tamila has been absolutely fantastic. We had a 2 week turnaround to complete our move, and honestly she has been so attentive within helping us. Absolutely fantastic and lovely lady. Highly recommend!! Thank you so much Xx
