Kayleigh helped with my move into my new house. She was beyond helpful with everything throughout the process of signing the agreement& even after, has been very helpful, communication. seems to be very very good so far which is lovely! Thank you for being so lovely and helpful!
Still waiting for my deposit to be returned. Moved out 3 weeks ago. Terrible communication. Landlord was more than happy with how I left the property but when asking for my deposit back it’s radio silence. Terrible. Would never use again. Avoid at all costs

This is the 2nd time that I have signed for a property with Wards. They are always thorough and explain even the silliest/tiniest details of what to expect. A.J. was great throughout from arranging the viewing to the point of signing and handing over the keys. Very informative and only too happy to speak to me whenever I called and jumped on anything that needed doing to get me into the property as I only had a couple of weeks to move.
