My experience with Wards was incredible thank you is not a big enough word for Kayleigh Allison who helped me, her communication through it all, her patience and effort. One of the kindest people ever, she helped me when I got anxious about everything she went above and beyond and I’m forever grateful. And my fiancé and myself loved our welcome box by wards when we got the keys the to our first place together, looking forward to the Kent life. Thank you again Kayleigh you are amazing!!!!!!!!
Kayleigh helped with my move into my new house. She was beyond helpful with everything throughout the process of signing the agreement& even after, has been very helpful, communication. seems to be very very good so far which is lovely! Thank you for being so lovely and helpful!
Still waiting for my deposit to be returned. Moved out 3 weeks ago. Terrible communication. Landlord was more than happy with how I left the property but when asking for my deposit back it’s radio silence. Terrible. Would never use again. Avoid at all costs
This is the 2nd time that I have signed for a property with Wards. They are always thorough and explain even the silliest/tiniest details of what to expect. A.J. was great throughout from arranging the viewing to the point of signing and handing over the keys. Very informative and only too happy to speak to me whenever I called and jumped on anything that needed doing to get me into the property as I only had a couple of weeks to move. Fantastic experience with Wards lettings of Medway, Tami dealt with my account, and was brilliant, very thorough, professional, helpful and friendly, answered all my questions quickly and reassured me throughout, I also met Kayleigh and Harry and both were lovely and nothing was too much trouble I love my new flat, and am so impressed with how professional the whole team are And I loved my welcome bix that was very unexpected ❤️
