Avoid this dubious, untrustworthy and awful company at all costs. Wards took an alternative offer to a seller after I had instructed solicitors following acceptance of my offer. I should have known they use dubious tactics after I offered the full guide price and Wards quickly suggested the seller needed more money, despite the fact we were the only offer being considered. I want to start this review by acknowledging Tina, the senior sales progressor, who was consistently professional, responsive, and a credit to the team. She did her job well and kept things moving where she could. Unfortunately, my experience with the rest of the team was extremely disappointing.
