My husband and I used Wards estate agents to buy a property and they were excellent. Our estate agent Emma was fantastic every step of the way, from viewing to completion she was in regular contact, chased up documents and solicitors and managed to get our sale completed in record time. She was so lovely and friendly which is a rare combination in this day. Having previously used other estate agents in the area and had bad experiences, I couldn't recommend Emma and Ward's enough.
I had the fortunate experience of being helped To sell my lodge recently . This would not have been so easy and tomdo,without the help of Maria Meddings. She was helpful, friendly and kind at such a worrying time. Her professionalism was reassuring to me, it gave me every confidence during such a stressful period. The fact that I live in Australia made things a little stressful time wise, but nothing was too much trouble for Maria.
Avoid this dubious, untrustworthy and awful company at all costs. Wards took an alternative offer to a seller after I had instructed solicitors following acceptance of my offer. I should have known they use dubious tactics after I offered the full guide price and Wards quickly suggested the seller needed more money, despite the fact we were the only offer being considered. We had a fantastic experience moving with Wards Paddock Wood. From start to finish, Gemma and Sam were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Communication was excellent – they kept us updated at every stage and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. I want to start this review by acknowledging Tina, the senior sales progressor, who was consistently professional, responsive, and a credit to the team. She did her job well and kept things moving where she could. Unfortunately, my experience with the rest of the team was extremely disappointing.
