Avoid this dubious, untrustworthy and awful company at all costs. Wards took an alternative offer to a seller after I had instructed solicitors following acceptance of my offer. I should have known they use dubious tactics after I offered the full guide price and Wards quickly suggested the seller needed more money, despite the fact we were the only offer being considered. Communication was excellent – they kept us updated at every stage and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. I want to start this review by acknowledging Tina, the senior sales progressor, who was consistently professional, responsive, and a credit to the team. She did her job well and kept things moving where she could. Unfortunately, my experience with the rest of the team was extremely disappointing. We have recently sold our family home with wards and they could not have made the process run smoother.
