The houses shown by wards are of very good standard. The renting experience was made very easy and Jade Bayford was very helpful throughout the process. She communicated at every step of the way so I was fully informed and made herself available for any more questions. This is the most “stress free” renting process I have ever experienced. Everything was so straightforward! I’m glad!
Hannah was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I first contacted her about my new home on the 1st of September, and by the 25th I was already moved in! Had a really smooth experience renting a flat through Wards and found Jade Bayford incredibly helpful both when showing me around the space and also dealing with all the paperwork afterwards. My work limits my availability but she was very flexible with her approach which made the whole situation a lot let stressful than renting a property can be at times. Couldn't recommend them or her highly enough.
