We recently marketed our house for sale with Wards. Rather than reviewing as a whole, I am posting this review regarding the conscientious service that we received from sales advisor, James King. We found James to be very professional in his approach, always came back when he said he would, discussed strategies with myself & my husband and followed up. A polite, well presented and professional sales advisor who does what he says he’s going to do! Very important in todays competitive climate. Thank you James
The houses shown by wards are of very good standard. The renting experience was made very easy and Jade Bayford was very helpful throughout the process. She communicated at every step of the way so I was fully informed and made herself available for any more questions. This is the most “stress free” renting process I have ever experienced. Everything was so straightforward! I’m glad!
My wife and I have just exchanged contracts on the sale of our house in Ramsgate which has been quite stressful. Nevertheless Wards has done us proud. Not only did they find us lovely buyers, but they have been friendly, supportive and informative through the whole experience. Have just exchanged contracts on my late mum's bungalow through Wards in Ramsgate. They have kept me informed throughout the process .
