She kept us well informed, responded quickly to any questions and made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. Amazing work from Hannah! She was quick, professional and so polite! She understood what we needed and helped us. We wanted to rent in Thanet but lived in Cambridgeshire, she made sure all of our paperwork was done all online, kept us informed throughout the process, even called to double check appointment times and make sure we were able to attend as we had to travel.
