Hannah from Wards has been absolutely amazing helping me get through all of the checks ready to rent my new flat. As someone quite new to renting I was worried that I'd be left clueless as to what was required at each stage but she has gone above and beyond to make the process as simple as possible for me. I really couldn't fault her on anything.
Nick, James, Ashley, Amy and Sarah have all been amazing. Nick did my original valuation and paperwork, great guy and easy to deal with. James and Sarah did my viewings and were polite and professional. Ashleigh was brilliant in chasing things and pushing my purchase transaction and also supporting my sale. Fantastic support from Wards @ Ramsgate. Initially looking to sell a refurbished property but wasn't working out due to factors outside everyone's control. Switched to letting it out and had a tenant in place and all the extra compliances sorted within a couple of weeks.
