Wards did a great job marketing our property. The staff at Rochester were very helpful and dealt with every issue we raised swiftly. The sale fell through the first time but they were relentless and aggressive in bringing prospective buyers through the door to ensure the property was sold eventually. Excellent service 👏 👍 👌

Judy Day at Wards in Rochester is the best property professional I have worked with. She has helped in many situations to see the chain complete. She is kind, compassionate and super helpful. She is an asset to the business and an asset to work with at a challenging environment of property buying. Her support has been truly invaluable and I cannot praise her enough.

Met with Stephen from the Rochester branch when we were first house hunting. He took the time to not only go through houses with us but also more helpful tips and generally how things would work as first time buyers. We didn’t end up buying with Wards but only because they didn’t have the right house for us at the time. Giving 4 stars because the Strood branch promised to ring me back about open houses on two different occasions and never did.
