Highly recommend the whole team at Wards Snodland! A very professional, friendly and warm team who care so much for their buyers and sellers. Lauren was brilliant when valuing our property and Monika and Swarnim have both been such a great help with our viewings and answering all of the many questions I’ve had! Monika is a professional, friendly and helpful estate agent. She has always been concerned about making sure I find the right property regardless of it being one of Wards. She stayed in regular contact with me and only sent me new properties that she knew I would like from listening to me. Great service and I would highly recommend.
Think we can all agree moving house sucks, I lost my buyer twice and overall it was about 15 months total before I moved out .... I definitely owe a huge thank you to the team at Snodland who were always positive and never gave up, got back at it every time we had to go back and start again. Thank you so much to the team at Wards who helped me sell my house this year. The girls in the office were lovely (Lauren, Monika and Bella), they continuously communicated and supported me whilst our property was on the market, and then when we sold Debbie was just brilliant as our sales progressor.
