What can I say After being given very poor advice/ support from a previous local agents, I turned to Lauren and her team in Wards of Snodland to sell my flat. Lauren and her colleagues Swarnim and Monika explored every avenue in securing a sale for me. Aimee from I am Sold Auctions was also fantastic. My son is in the process of buying his first property and I contacted Wards in Snodland to book a viewing of one of their properties. I spoke to a lovely lady called Monika who was by far the most knowledgeable and helpful estate agent I have ever dealt with (I’ve dealt with a few in my life, most of them rubbish). They've been so helpful with providing thorough information, details and advise about which approach would be great for me to consider and not many estate agents will do that for you to ensure you have the best solution.
