Myself and my partner are first time buyers and Monika from the snodland branch helped us find the most amazing flat. Her communication was brilliant, she was such a delight to work with, always helpful with questions and visits, she would jump on the phone whenever we needed and could not have been more helpful, kind and friendly. Long story short, my partner and I are first time buyers who are looking to buy a property in Snodland & the surrounding areas. We have been dealing with Monika from the start. The initial experience was good albeit this changed quickly. We were due to visit a property today (which we informed Monika that we were very interested in). We viewed a number of houses with Wards Snodland and can't fault the service. We managed to successfully buy our first choice house (with a back-up house also through them, if it fell through). Communication was top-notch and I will definitely be sticking with Wards in the future.

Isabella from Wards in Snodland was so helpful when searching for a property again, she listened and understood what I was looking for and was able to provide several suggestions and send them through promptly. Her communication was great and kept in touch with me via email and telephone regularly. Was also supportive in arranging a meeting with Mortgage Matters.
