What can I say about the fabulous Chase. From our first meeting I instantly knew she was going to be the one to help me. Personable, knowledgeable and dam right lovely smiley person. Always efficient with replies to messages and phoning me to check in on how things were going without being a pest. The girls at Wards Staplehurst couldn’t have been more helpful. Jen was lovely from the valuation through to the end and they were all professional and honest, which was hugely appreciated. Maddie and Chase were really great at coming back to us and communicating any updates. We can see how much hard work they did given the situation with the market at the moment and we would definitely use them again.
I have to compliment Caleb. As he left me the perfect voicemail I have listened to since I have been selling my property. He was personal went out of his way to bring to my attention a new property he felt sure that I would like. Awesome Caleb you are exactly the estate agent I want to be talking to. A huge thank you to Jen, James and the team at Wards in Staplehurst! Jen handled the sale of our house after we had been very underwhelmed with Purple Bricks who had previously been handling our sale.
